KeContact P30 b-series is universal and suits both Type 1 and Type 2 EVs. Recommended for installation in public and semi-public places, for example, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, banks, fuel stations and other. However, it is not equipped with advanced communication interface and thus can not provide intelligently controlled charging as x-series.
KeContact b-series can charge electric vehicles from 20 to 150 km per hour (up to 22 kW), depending on the car's on-board charger. Mostly, it takes 3-4 hours to charge such cars as Tesla, BMW i3, Huyndai Ioniq or as little as 1 hour to charge Renault Zoe.
KEBA b-series is certified by Nissan (EV Ready) and Renault (ZE Ready). It is equipped with integrated DC fault current sensor, which protects from shocks and improves the safety of electric grid. KEBA housing cover is made from reliable, waterproof plastic, which protects it from moisture, dust and all weather conditions.
KeContact P30 b-series is suitable for both Type 1 and Type 2 cars with the corresponding charging cables. Recommended for installation in public places, for example restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, banks, fuel stations and other.
KeContact P30 is equipped with RFID sensor and can be used for touchless authorization of a user with MIFARE cards or tags according to ISO14443. It can be used by EV fleet owners or employees charging at work or in cases when the access to the charging station has to be restricted.
The key switch is used for users authorisation, restricting the access to the charging station. Thus, only the key holders are able to turn on/off the power supply of the charging station.

KEBA chargers KeContact with up to 22 kW power require corresponding power being supplied at the place of instalment. Please be aware, that some additional setup might be needed.
All KeContact P30 series are equipped with DC fault current sensors, which not only reduces further costs of instalment expensive B-type RCD, but also saves from shock or grid failure risks.
When deciding on placing of a charging point make sure it is sutable for connecting of EVs with available cables. Station has to be located in such way, not to make a barrier while charging.
The charging station is set to 10 amps in the delivery state. Set the maximum current using the DIP switches to match the installed line circuit breaker. Minimum cross-section (depending on the cable and the laying system): 5 x 2.5 mm2 (16 A nominal current); 5 x 6.0 mm2 (32 A nominal current)
Every charging station must be connected via its own RCD. No other circuits may be connected to this RCD.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of the charging station must be performed by correctly trained, qualified and authorized electricians who are fully responsible for the compliance with existing standards and installation regulations.
We offer turn-key installation of charging stations.
Installation costs differ, depending on the way of mounting, distance from grid, the need for cabling, power of connection.
